The quickest way to reach Van.Network is to call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Office hours: Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. There's no sign-up, no booking system and no membership to join. You'll deal with a senior strategist from the first message. Please remember we're a marketing service, not a contractor, so we can't help with a repair or an installation.

What happens next

  1. Tell us the basics

Business, city, website and the problem to solve.

  2. We review it

We look at your site and local search results first.

  3. We talk it through

A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.

Want to talk it through now Call (604) 632-4959
Are on a job site and can only type a few words Text (604) 632-4959
Want to send a list of partners or job sources Email Ali@Sedighi.ca

Any of the three is fine. If you text, a short message is enough to start; we'll reply and ask what we need.

What to include in your first message

You don't need to prepare a document. These five details make the first reply far more useful:

  1. Your business and trade, and roughly how many crews or staff you have.
  2. Where you work: the municipalities your crews visit in a normal week. The areas page can help you think about this.
  3. Who sends you work today: the kinds of businesses, not necessarily names. "Two renovators and a property management company" is plenty.
  4. Whether anything changes hands with those businesses: a fee, a discount, a promise to refer back, or nothing at all.
  5. Your average job value, even as a rough range.

If you work in a regulated profession, mention it. Some professions have their own rules on referral fees, and we'll want you to check with your regulator before planning anything involving payment.

Templates you can copy

A first text: "Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name], a [trade] company in [Municipality]. Most of our work comes through [type of partner]. Interested in setting this up properly. Free to talk [day/time]?"

A first email: "Subject: Referral partnerships for [Business name]

Hi Ali,

We're a [trade] business serving [municipalities]. Over the last [period], most of our better jobs came through [types of partners]. [Describe any arrangement, or say there is none.] Our average job is around [$ range]. We'd like to understand whether a more structured approach makes sense, and what it would cost.

[Your name], [phone number]"

A note on partners' details

You're welcome to describe your partners by type rather than name in a first message. If you do name them, we treat those names as confidential: they're used only to plan your own program and are never shared, listed or contacted by us without your say-so. The same applies to anything you tell us about fees or discounts between you and a partner. Being candid about those arrangements early helps us flag anything that needs written terms or disclosure.

What happens next

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, with any questions we need answered.
  2. A first conversation: about 30 minutes, free for eligible trades businesses. We'll talk about how your work arrives, your capacity and your partners.
  3. An honest view. If referral work makes sense, we'll suggest where to start, often per-partner tracking or written terms, and which plan level fits. If it doesn't make sense yet, we'll say that instead.
  4. A written plan before any paid work starts, which you can read, question and approve.

What we won't do after you contact us

  • Add you to a mailing list. We only email people who've contacted us first, and only about what they asked.
  • Share your details or your partners' names with anyone.
  • Pressure you with a deadline or a limited-time offer.

Before you get in touch

If you'd like to understand our approach first, the services overview explains each piece of work, pricing shows the plans, and the guides cover referral value, written terms and partner links in depth. Otherwise, just call, text or email. A rough description of how your work arrives today is all we need to begin.

Frequently asked questions

What are your hours?

Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Messages sent outside those hours are answered on the next business day.

How quickly will you reply?

We usually reply within one business day. If your message arrives on a Friday afternoon, expect a reply early the following week.

Will I be passed to a salesperson?

No. Your first conversation is with a senior strategist who can answer questions about your situation, not a script.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Nothing formal. A rough list of the businesses that sent you work recently, your average job value and the municipalities you cover is plenty for a useful first conversation.
