Van.Network is a Canadian marketing and business consulting service for trades, home-service firms and local professional practices in Metro Vancouver. Its single focus is referral partnerships: helping you decide who should send you work, putting the arrangement in writing, disclosing it to customers and counting the results. We are not a contractor and never install, repair or service anything. We're also not a club, a directory or a lead exchange.
Where Van.Network fits
Van.Network is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, a Canadian group headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.
- Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company. Several brands operate under that company, among them Trades.Agency, HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca.
- SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) is the group's Canadian strategy firm, working on AI and revenue acceleration; Ali founded it and remains Founder & Managing Partner.
Within that group, Van.Network belongs to the Trades.Agency family, which is why our plans and terms follow Trades.Agency's. The details are on our pricing page.

Why a site only about referrals
Most marketing advice for small trades is about search and ads, because that's what agencies sell. Yet when you ask owners where their favourite jobs came from, the answer is usually another business: a designer, a property manager, a realtor, a fellow trade. Those relationships are rarely planned, written down or measured, so they're also rarely protected.
Van.Network exists to treat them with the same care you'd give a paid channel, without turning them into something they're not. A referral is one business owner vouching for another. Our work is to make that easier to do well and easier to do honestly.
How we work
- We start from your records. Before suggesting anything, we look at how your recent jobs actually arrived.
- We write things down. Plans, terms and disclosures are written in plain language. You approve every word before a partner sees it.
- We count. Every partnership gets tracking, and you get a short quarterly report per partner.
- We stay in our lane. Referral terms are drafted for your lawyer's review. We don't give legal advice and we don't interpret rules for regulated professions.
- We keep relationships owner to owner. We prepare the materials; you hold the conversations, because partners are trusting you.
Rules we don't bend
- Disclosure. If there's a fee, discount or reciprocal promise behind a referral, the customer is told, in plain words.
- No link schemes. We don't arrange link swaps or paid links for search rankings. Partners may link to each other to help customers, never as part of a deal. Our guide on partner links and Google explains why.
- No invented proof. No made-up reviews, ratings, member counts or partner names, on our site or yours.
- No member lists. We never publish or share the businesses our clients partner with.
- No promises about results. We'll tell you what we expect and why, then report what happened.
Proof, and its limits
Our published results come from heating and cooling companies. We show them as results from our HVAC work, because that's what they are. For example, CanroHeat.ca achieved 250% lead growth, and Roma Heating & Cooling saw 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months. Neither is a referral-program result, and we won't pretend otherwise. The results page explains what transfers to referral work.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns Van.Network?
Van.Network is a brand of Sedighi.ca, Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company, and sits within the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. It's run from Vancouver, British Columbia.
Is Van.Network a contractor or a trade association?
Neither. We are a marketing and business consulting service. We don't do trade work of any kind, and we don't operate a membership body, directory or lead exchange.
Who will I actually work with?
Strategy is led by Ali Sedighi. We don't list a team on this site, and we won't invent one. What you can rely on is a written plan, written terms and a quarterly report.
Why are your case studies about heating companies?
Because that's where most of our published client work sits. We present them as results from our HVAC work, not as referral-program results, and explain what carries over.
